Image Heavy Post
This is going to be my first post on this blog, and what better way to start it than with food. A popular Korean dessert that you may or may not already know about is 빙수 (bingsu). During my year in Seoul, I ate this so many times I don't even have enough hands and feet to count. I ate this the most during summer because we had two new bingsu stores opening in my area, so how could I have resisted this delicious and refreshing dessert in the humid Korean heat? That's not to say it's not popular in other seasons though, I think I still ate this in autumn and winter too. This post is going to be a somewhat a masterpost of all the ones I have tried. Obviously I didn't take a photo of every single one I ate but these were the ones I managed to find from my albums. I have slightly bad memory so I have no idea every name of the bingsu or place I ate it from, sorry! But if you are really curious about anything just leave me a comment and I'll my best to find out :)
Enjoy the bingsu-porn!
